STT GDC Noida 3 is 28 MW, the largest of the three Noida cards and 44% of the 63 MW portfolio headline. It is also the only one the operator does not label under construction — the other two, 17 and 22 MW, are explicitly being built. That makes this the single building in the Noida portfolio that could plausibly be standing today, and the one record worth verifying before any other. No rack count, floor area, PUE or commissioning date is published, so the stage is unverified rather than confirmed.

2The one that might be real
The most valuable thing in a portfolio full of construction labels is the building without one.
| Building | MW | Label | Plausibly operating? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Noida 3 | 28 | stage unverified | possible |
| Noida 2 | 22 | under construction | no |
| Noida 1 | 17 | under construction | no |
| Portfolio headline | 63 | current city portfolio | claims more than can be standing |
If only Noida 3 is standing, then STT’s operating Noida capacity is 28 MW or less and the 63 MW headline overstates it by more than half. That is not an accusation — headlines routinely include committed capacity. It is a warning about what the word "current" is doing in that sentence.
Either way, this is the building to verify first. Every other record in the Noida portfolio is a plan; this one may be a facility.
3Elimination, not confirmation
The stage of this building is inferred from the absence of a label on its neighbours, which is weaker evidence than it sounds and should be labelled as such.
| Evidence | Would tell you | Available? |
|---|---|---|
| A commissioning date | whether it is operating | no |
| A named tenant | that capacity is let | no |
| A construction report or trade press visit | that it exists | no |
| A rack count or PUE disclosure | that it is being marketed as an operating site | no |
| The operator’s own absence of a construction label | that it is probably not being built | yes — this is all there is |
That is a thin evidentiary base and this record says so. It is still useful, because in a portfolio where two buildings are explicitly under construction, the third is the only candidate for operating supply — and a buyer about to commit to Noida capacity needs to know which building they are being shown.
The distinction between "probably operating" and "operating" is exactly what separates a paid data product from a directory listing. This page resolves it to a candidate and states the reasoning.

5Limits and open questions
- Stage inferred, not confirmed. The reasoning is the absence of a construction label on this card only.
- No dates, racks, floor area or PUE. Nothing that would date or size the building.
- Cannot be reconciled into its own headline. The three cards exceed the 63 MW portfolio figure by 4 MW.
- Single source. No directory or trade press carries the 28 MW.
- If it is not operating, then the entire Noida portfolio is construction and the headline is a forward figure. That is a materially different market picture.
- What would close it. A commissioning date. This is the highest-value single fact in the whole Noida portfolio.
