TB1 is a 1 MW IT load facility in Navi Mumbai, live per Yotta’s portfolio page. That is the whole public record. There is no floor area, no rack count, no commissioning date, no certification, no substation, no site area and no scope beyond the megawatt. This page is short because the data is short, and it exists for two reasons: to count the megawatt, which the operator states plainly, and to record exactly what is missing, because a dataset that quietly omits thin records is less useful than one that shows where its coverage runs out.

Nine fields are missing. The temptation is to fill them — infer a rack count from the family average, assume a commissioning year from the portfolio, quote a sibling building’s certification. That is how a dataset becomes confidently wrong.
This registry publishes one megawatt and a list of absences. A buyer can see immediately that TB1 is a known quantity and an unknown building, which is the truth.
It also protects the national total. If every thin record were padded with plausible inferences, the 2,420.4 MW figure would be an estimate dressed as a count. It is a count.
TB1 and TB2 sit alongside NM1 in Navi Mumbai, and the contrast inside one operator is instructive. NM1 is 820,000 sq ft, 16 floors, 7,000 racks, 52 MW with Tier IV and Gold operational certification. TB1 is 1 MW and one sentence.
The likely explanation is that these are older, smaller legacy facilities from the group’s earlier IT business rather than purpose-built hyperscale halls. Yotta has not said so, and the registry does not assume it.

4Limits and open questions
- Nine fields are unpublished. This page does not infer any of them.
- 1 MW is IT load as stated, with no scope qualifier.
- No commissioning date, so the age of the building is unknown.
- No rack count, so density cannot be computed or compared.
- 1 MW is counted, because the operator published a capacity for a live facility.
- What would close it. Any specification sheet for this building.
