We do not sell your personal data. We share only with processors needed to run the service:
All processors are bound by contracts and process only on our instructions.
Contact and waitlist forms are submitted via formsubmit.co (FormSubmit) to hello@gridvik.com. FormSubmit acts as processor: it forwards your work email + message, adds spam protection (_honey) and redirects to thank-you.html. It may store logs per its policy — see FormSubmit Privacy. By submitting, you consent to this forwarding for inquiry handling.
Processors may store data outside India (e.g., US/EU for Stripe/PayPal/Buttondown). Where required, we rely on their Standard Contractual Clauses / adequacy and their published DPAs.
Depending on your location (India DPDP Act, GDPR, etc.), you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent for newsletters.
To exercise: email hello@gridvik.com with subject “Privacy request”. We reply within 14 days and verify identity before acting. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We use HTTPS, hosted-checkout (no card storage on our servers), and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure — please use a unique email password and keep dashboard logins private.
Gridvik is for business users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided data, email us for deletion.
We will post updates here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, email active subscribers 14 days ahead.
