Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quick take: All Gridvik products are digital and delivered instantly. Once the file/dashboard is delivered, the IP is shared — so refunds are limited. Subscriptions (GridFeed) can be cancelled anytime — you keep access till the current period ends, no future charges. State Pack has a 24-hour “work not started” window (Diligence per SOW). Details below.

0. No shipping — digital delivery

There is no physical shipment. Delivery is by email/download/dashboard: Signal (instant), State Pack (5 days) · Diligence (3 weeks per SOW), GridFeed (every Monday), Advisory (per SOW, ~3 weeks). 1. Free products

Teaser PDF, sample CSV and newsletter are free — no payment, no refund needed. Unsubscribe anytime via link in every email.

2. State Pack — one-time report ($3,500) · Diligence ($20–40K) · Vendor Pipeline ($15–30K/yr)

Situation	What happens
Request refund within 24 hours of payment and we confirm work has not started	100% refund to original method within 5–7 business days.
After work has started, or after 24 hours, or after delivery	No refund — bespoke research IP is created for you. We will of course fix any delivery defect (missing files, corrupt download) free.
Duplicate payment / double charge	Full refund of the duplicate — email us with transaction IDs.

Need GSTIN on invoice? Tell us before paying — we cannot reissue with GSTIN after Stripe/PayPal settlement in some cases.

3. GridFeed — subscription ($500/mo or $5,000/yr)

Cancel anytime: Via Stripe Customer Portal (link in every GridFeed email/receipt) or by emailing hello@gridvik.com with subject “Cancel GridFeed”. Future recurring charges stop immediately.
What you keep: Access continues until the end of the current billing period (month or year) already paid. Files already delivered remain yours for internal use.
Refunds: No prorated refund for the current period already delivered (because weekly files are delivered). Annual plan: same — no refund for months already delivered; you simply cancel future renewal.
Failed / late delivery: If a Monday delivery is missed due to our error, we re-deliver within 24 hours and extend your billing period by 1 week free on request.
Price at renewal: Renewals are at the price shown at renewal. If we raise future pricing we notify 14 days ahead — you may cancel before it applies.

4. Advisory — custom brief (from $5,000)

Per signed proposal/SOW. Typical terms: 50% on kickoff (non-refundable once kickoff call is held / work starts), 50% on delivery. Cancellation before kickoff = 100% refund of kickoff fee. Cancellation after kickoff but before delivery = kickoff fee retained, second instalment not charged. Delivered Advisory is non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@gridvik.com with subject: “Refund — [Product]” or “Cancel — [Product]”.
Include: email used for purchase, date, Stripe/PayPal transaction ID or last-4, and reason.
We acknowledge within 24 hours and decide within 48 hours. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank timeline).

6. Chargebacks & disputes

If you have any payment issue, contact us first at hello@gridvik.com — we resolve withwhen ready. Filing a chargeback before contacting us slows resolution and may lead to licence suspension pending review.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable rights under applicable law (e.g., India Consumer Protection Act, EU 14-day right for distance contracts where applicable to digital content — note that EU consumers expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge loss of withdrawal right once delivery starts, as required for digital content).
