1. Who we are & acceptance

Gridvik Research (brand “Gridvik”) is an independent market-intelligence practice operated from Delhi, India. Contact: hello@gridvik.com. Website: https://gridvik.com (and subdomains).

By accessing the website, downloading free material, or purchasing a paid product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we sell — digital research products (Classic continues + Power Intelligence new)

All products are digital. There is no physical shipment. Classic GridFeed continues. Power & Approvals tiers remain pilot/analyst-led while hosted Dashboard/API are in development and not yet hosted. No preview API key or dashboard login is issued before deployment and verification.

3. Positioning & source method — please read

Gridvik is market intelligence / research & consulting — we do not “sell country data”. All figures are compiled from public sources only: company press releases, government portals and policy dashboards, regulatory filings, and established industry reports (e.g., Savills, BloombergNEF, CBRE, Vestian). Every paid row carries source URL(s), announcement date and confidence 1–3. “Announced ≠ Under Construction ≠ Live” — stages are never mixed. Conflicting figures are shown side-by-side. Rows not re-verified in 30 days are flagged “stale”.

We are not affiliated with any data-centre operator, investor, port, or government body. Nothing on this site is investment advice — see Section 8.

4. Eligibility & acceptable use

• You must be 18+ and able to form a contract.
• Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempt to bypass paywalls, no reverse-engineering the dashboard, no unlawful use.
• You are responsible for keeping your email / dashboard login confidential.

5. Pricing, taxes & payments

• Currency: All prices are in USD unless stated. You pay the USD amount shown — your bank/PayPal may convert to INR at their rate.
• Processor: Payments via Stripe and/or PayPal hosted checkout. We never see or store full card numbers. Stripe/PayPal handle 3D Secure, fraud checks and receipts.
• Taxes (India): For Indian customers, GST applicability follows Indian law. Stripe/PayPal collect where required and your invoice shows it. For outside-India customers, you are responsible for local import/VAT if any.
• Invoicing: Receipt/invoice is issued on payment to your email. Need GSTIN on invoice? Email hello@gridvik.com before paying.

6. Subscriptions (GridFeed) — billing & renewal

• Billing: Monthly ($500) billed every 30 days; Annual ($5,000) billed every 12 months — both auto-renew until cancelled.
• Access: Access starts on payment and continues while subscription is active. You get every Monday’s CSV + dashboard while active.
• Price changes: If we change future pricing, we notify 14 days in advance by email. You may cancel before the change applies.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime — see Refund & Cancellation. After cancellation, access continues until the current billing period ends.

7. Intellectual property & licence

• Ownership: All reports, CSVs, dashboards, text, logos and designs are owned by Gridvik and protected by copyright.
• Licence: On payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use only within your organisation.
• Not allowed: Resale, redistribution, public posting, sub-licensing, or sharing the full paid file outside your organisation. You may not remove source citations or watermarks.
• Allowed with attribution: You may cite limited excerpts or aggregate figures internally/externally with attribution: “Source: Gridvik Research (and original source as cited)”.
• Enforcement: Unauthorised redistribution may lead to licence termination without refund and legal action.

8. Disclaimer — not investment advice, no affiliation, no overclaims

We provide market intelligence on a best-effort basis. Data may be superseded by later announcements — verify independently before making investment, procurement or policy decisions. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio recommendations or guaranteed outcomes. We do not claim affiliation with Google, Microsoft, AWS, Adani, Reliance, NTT, STT, or any government. Forward-looking timelines are estimates from public disclosures.

9. Warranties, liability & indemnity

• Products are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridvik’s total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
• You indemnify Gridvik against claims arising from your misuse of the products or breach of these Terms.

10. Refunds & cancellations

Digital products once delivered are generally non-refundable because the IP is shared instantly. Full policy — including DeepDive 24-hour rule, GridFeed cancel-anytime, and Advisory SOW terms — is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

11. Privacy, cookies & communications

We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to receive delivery emails and the weekly Grid digest. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email — delivery emails for active paid subscriptions continue while subscribed. Our site is static and uses minimal cookies; see Privacy Policy.

12. Changes, governing law & contact

• Changes: We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. We will post the new date above and, for material changes, email active customers 14 days ahead. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
• Severability: If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Governing law: Laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Delhi, India.
